2 Team Member Schedules The “Directory” tab on the left side of the page will bring up all the members and will tell you how many projects they are currently working on and how many of those that they are currently the Project Manager.

3 Team Member Schedules Also! There is a calendar to tell you the availability of each project member This calendar can tell you about Working days Vacation days Misc. Time off

4 Informing Team Members of New Assignments Planzone offers a quick and efficient way of notifying team members of projects or new tasks First locate the “Shortcuts” tab on the left side of the page Click “create a new to do” button and a new task can be generated for the team members of your choosing

5 Organizing Your Project! Once you have entered into the project form you are ready to build and view your project team, schedule and To-do list The “Team” tab will list the members of your project and will allow you to invite new members The schedule will allow you to add or view different project activities and modify start and expected completion dates The “To-dos” tab shows upcoming deadlines and which people are responsible for each assignment due

7 Project Management Under the “Overview” tab you can view the status of a selected project. Through this you can view percentage completed, milestone progress and each users progress on their specific “To-Do” assignments

8 Project Management You will also see two different graphs One is a chart showing how the estimate of the project duration has changed over time The other will show show how the estimate of the project workload has evolved over time. This will also show you the difference between the time actually spent working vs. the total time that the project took This will show how much time may have been wasted

9 Sharing Documents In the Planzone project management suite users are given the ability to share documentation amongst each other Members are also able to assign permissions to the documents that they share and allow other users only read-access You can also organize the documentation into folders pertaining to specific milestones or To-Dos Planzone also gives you the ability to contact files to your folders

Planzone understands the importance of keeping administrators privy to all of the features offered by the Planzone project management tool For this Planzone offers a forum for all global Planzone users to communicate and ask questions To open the forum simply click the forum located in the upper right hand part of the Planzone page. Just click the forum button and you will see different forums for all types of questions and answers
