9 2016 priorities Apply / secure DGR Establish paid fundraising position Fundraising – total $6 million – Crowd Funding – Lotterywest – Corporate Sponsorship – Charitable Foundations – National Stronger Regions Fund DA being processed

10 Targets Phase 1 - Fund and build Funding for a full time fundraising / administration officer Secure $6m via grants, corporate, crowd funding Environmental upgrade plans – Solar, grey water, recycling etc. Restore Cornwell House, construct new building Phase 2 - Operate Fit for purpose governance structure and processes Promote as a regional community facility

11 City of Swan – in 2016 CHCW acknowledges the consistent, generous and valued support of the City Link CHCW to prospective corporate partners via City and personal networks Consider funding for a full time fundraising / administration officer for 2 years Consider substantial contribution to building fund – lead by example Assist in promoting CHCW to the wider public, WA and Australian governments

12 City of Swan – longer term Continue promotion of CHCW Integrate booking of CHCW space into City’s existing facilities bookings Service Commit to subsidising annual operational funding, reducing over early years – during transition to self sustainability Cost reduction support via provision of relevant City of Swan Services (eg grounds maintenance, waste disposal,etc. Lead innovation Leave a real legacy
