Cooperative Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness Programme COSCAP South East Asia Regional Aviation Safety Teams (DP3)  7.1There we no new recommended actions identified at the 18 th SEARAST held in Bangkok on 4 September 2015.  The implementation status has been partially updated however there are still several countries that have not provided input. The CTA is hopeful that if all countries appoint a National Coordinator that these requests can be complied with in a timely and accurate manner.  The Implementation Status report was updated by CTA and provided to members.  COSCAP-SEA will continue to support members in the implementation of the safety actions. Cooperative Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness Programme COSCAP South East Asia Regional Data Collection, Analysis and Information Sharing (IP1) Work continues on the development of this initiative and the legal implications in individual Member States. Members are encouraged to participate in the development program and the resolution of any legal issues that they identify. Oct 2014 16th COSCAP-SEA SCM 4

Cooperative Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness Programme COSCAP South East Asia COSCAP-SEA Work Programme 2015 (DP4)  Despite the fact that there was not a CTA in the office for 4 months during the period much of the work progam was completed, in particular the training and workshops continued. Cooperative Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness Programme COSCAP South East Asia Funding and Budget (DP 5)  ICAO distributed the 2015 Contribution Letters in January 2015.  Members have continued to submit their contributions (see DP5 – Contributions and Budget)  COSCAP ‑ SEA has continued to enjoy strong support in funding and technical support from Donors March 2016 17th COSCAP-SEA SCM 6

7. Cooperative Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness Programme COSCAP South East Asia Update on ICAO Safety Management and Globa l Aviation Safety Plan (DP6)  The Steering Committee Meetings continue to be utilized as a form to provide Member States / Administrations with the developments concerning SMS and SSP as demonstrated by the attendance of Mr. Michiel Vreedenburgh from ICAO Montreal at this years meeting to provide the latest information and developments in these areas.  There was a ICAO APAC USOAP CMA On line framework workshop completed in Bangkok during 2 to 4 February 2016.  COSCAP-SEA continues to provide assistance and support to all Member States in this area during on site missions or when assistance is requested.  ICAO has developed a new course on SMS and SSP to be delivered by ICAO instructors. Details regarding scheduling and costs will be available during the Steering Committee Meeting. March 2016 17th COSCAP-SEA SCM 7
