13 Raising Core Standards The ETP Audit Programme ETP Standard covers all key social (including all relevant ILO requirements) and environmental issues associated with tea Our Auditing and Improvement Programme is free to producers We use local third-party independent auditors We also help producers to achieve the other international standards: 1

14 Equip 25,000 girls with knowledge and ‘life skills’ to reduce vulnerability to violence & exploitation Give more than 10,000 community members the ability to protect children Work with government to improve quality of education and child protection policies, reduce trafficking Influence industry and authorities to improve living conditions and access to services Improving the Lives of Young Women The ETP- UNICEF Assam programme, working with 350 communities around 104 tea estates to:

21 ETP and TGBL partnering to provide training to STG's Implementation through three centres: Dikom, Thakurbari and Jorhat Training material has been developed in pictorial form Designed to be accessible for farmers and their families Field based, “classroom without walls” over a nine-month period Demonstration plots being set up for 30+ farmers First training is being piloted in March 2016.
