1. Logging On – to Rotary databases Two Distinct Resources – Club Website & Database Referred to often as ClubRunner www.mdirotary.org – Rotary International Website & Database MyRotary www.rotary.org – The following slides will show you how to log on to each

2. Club Database Go to www.mdirotary.orgwww.mdirotary.org

3. Club Database Click Member Login -- at the top right of the home page

4. Login Page – if you know it, enter your Login Name and password, or if you do not remember or you are new, click on “retrieve login” at the bottom

5. Retrieve Login - by entering your last name and email address and click “Submit”

6. Success You will see a message, “Your member profile was successfully located. An email has been sent to your address above with instructions on retrieving your login name and resetting your password.” Go to your email program, where you will receive an email with a link: – You recently requested to retrieve your login name and/or password for the Rotary Club of Bar Harbor (Mount Desert Island) Maine #6290 website. Please click on the link below to continue: – Reset Password Link Reset Password Link

7. Next Screen – tells you your Login Name – remember this – and allows you to set a new password – remember this too. Click Submit.

8. After resetting your password -- click a link to return to the login page

9. Enter -- your Login Name and new password and click Login...

10. You are now logged on to the Admin page of the club database -- where you can access your profile, change your password, update your photo, view the club directory, send emails, view club documents…

11. Rotary International Database Go to www.rotary.orgwww.rotary.org

12. Rotary International Website – www.rotary.org Click on MyRotary www.rotary.org

13. MyRotary Click Sign In or Register

14. Sign In – if you know it, enter your Email address and password, or if you are new, click on Create Account

15. Account Registration -- enter your name, email address, confirm that you are 18 or older and click continue

16. Finish Up-- check your email to complete the registration process
