2. The Everbridge system does not allow us to see passwords. Please use the following process for Password reset. For Group Manager: Contact servfl@flhealth.gov to request a password reset.servfl@flhealth.gov For a Contact: Step 1: Group Manager should look up the Contact profile to see Username. System is case specific for username.

3. Step 2 Click on the Generate a Reset Password URL button for the password link Click Copy

4. Step 3 Put information in an email to the Contact Contact should click on link to rest password Step 4: Return to the Member Portal Enter Username Enter new password *Note: The link for the Member Portal is on www.servfl.com
