The answers were analysed and delivered for reflection before the next session.

Yes 80%, a lot of variation but mainly following the budget No 20%, a lot of variation but mainly little knowledge Are people in your unit aware of various funding opportunities? Yes 36%, a lot of variation from just the budget to many projects No 64%, poor knowledge of opportunities What kind of practices are there for the mobilization and optimization of resources in your unit? A lot variation but mainly resources come from local central administration budget is presented and discussed and agreements made in meetings in some unit(s) proactive efforts for external funding Suggestions for further development Strengthening community involvement, focus on merging two schools, further developing acquisition of external resources
