2. What Is a Strategic Action Plan? A plan for the future. What would you like to see happening in __ months/years? How do we make a Strategic Action Plan? Chapter members work as a team generating goals or expectations, strategies for achieving them, persons responsible, evaluation criteria and date. Who should be involved? All members should be involved in the process and approve the plan.

3. When should one be created? How often should the plan be revised? As often as needed: annually, biennially, even semi- annually. What do we do if the old one is lost? Create a new one. What’s the best (easiest) format? A Strategic Action Plan Model is available on MI ΔΚΓ website. Or, generate your own form, including what, how, who, and by when.
