7  Owned & operated by Active Networks, LLC.  Web portal (cloud service) multitenant system & application  Performs all back end processing for product and customer management, sales transactions etc.  Consolidated “one stop shop” recreation services & products offering for customers  Consolidates legacy standalone systems (TLS, CRS, VRS) into a single system  Centralized management of all customer, product, sales transactions and information  Offers centralized internet based single sign on point for customers  Leverages standardized Point of Sale (POS) systems at remote agent locations  POS systems will be deployed to all agent and dealer locations  POS systems will support the sales of all CPW products  POS system connects to IPAWS system via an internet connection to manage all product sales transactions & customer information.  POS system completes product fulfillment with local printing of license products  Provides a Call Center for both customers and Agent Support Services

8  Business Model & Processes  Vehicle Dealerships can remain as they are today. They do have the option to sell CPW products through the POS. 18  POS system requires local power and wired LAN connection that has access to the internet.  Local network connectivity, internet connectivity and related support is the responsibility of the agent.  Windows 2010 Enterprise Embedded (hardened) Operating System  POS system is a locked down, single use machine.  Browser based application where POS connects to AWO via web link and runs the Issuer Manager application off the AWO system.  POS operating system is installed on and runs from, a USB key locally attached to the POS.  USB key contains OS, back up images & various system troubleshooting & management tools.  LOGMEIN is the POS remote management tool used by the vendor, Active Networks. Supporting documentation will be sent out after webinar.  POS system provided by Active Networks and completely managed by Active Network’s support teams.  If Corporate security requires a security scan of the POS system’s operating system, please send the request in email to our technical project manager at ken.thom@state.co.us. ken.thom@state.co.us  Additional technical documentation will be emailed with presentation documents to Technical Contact’s email address.

20  POS systems will replace existing TLS equipment for the sales of CPW products.  Potentially significant changes will be required to support the POS installation.  Major change in business model and processing which will require staff training time.  Additional information will be provided to the technical contact email addresses on an ongoing basis.  For non technical contacts who wish to be added to email distribution, please send request to ken.thom@state.co.us.ken.thom@state.co.us  Email based “readiness checks” will be sent out to track site readiness and offer assistance to the degree possible.  Additional Upcoming Webinars will be scheduled as needed or requested, with webinar dates being emailed to technical contacts.  Power point deck along with all existing documentation will be zipped up and sent to the Technical Contact email addresses.  Any VRS Dealerships who want to sell CPW products, contact Henrietta Turner.
