5 Cell Phones, Classroom Rules Cell phone use is only with my permission. First infraction per nine weeks-ask you to put it away. Second infraction, per nine weeks-I will ask you to turn it off and I will store it in my desk for the class period Third infraction, per nine weeks-I will ask you to turn it off and will turn it in to the office for end of the day pick up Tardies impact not only your efforts, but those of the whole class. First, second infraction, per nine weeks-tardy and excuse listed on attendance. Third infraction, per nine weeks, parent email. Fourth or more per nine weeks, noted on Bark form and parent signature required.

7 While you were gone…. Your work from when you are gone You have five days to complete assignment Make a buddy to ask what you missed too!

8 Agendas and Sign Out Sheets Must have agenda to leave classroom Must sign out on sheet to leave room NO 10 minutes at start or end of class, so prepare accordingly

9 Late, Absent Work Put it here, please I will grade it and return it to you.
