2. Key Issues Early voting to be held for the primary and general elections for two weeks at the Supervisor of Elections office. Polling locations for primary and general elections will be at 6 locations as a mass voting. Voters can vote at any of the 6 locations; they are not limited to their own precinct. Add Charter Amendment to the Primary ballot for changing years for City elections to correspond with Federal and State elections (even years). Requires future action by City Council.

3. Polling Locations The Yacht Club and Buddy Taylor Middle School are not able to meet the requirements for the EViD machines. Therefore, Matanzas High School and Wadsworth Elementary School are able to meet these requirements and will replace those two locations. The following are the designated polling locations for the 2011 election: 1. Flagler County Library 2. Palm Coast Community Center 3. Belle Terre Elementary School 4. Flagler County Schools Building 5. Wadsworth Elementary School 6. Matanzas High School
