5. What is a Local Plan? At the heart of the planning system Show what is intended to happen in Harborough to 2031, where and when this will occur and how it will be delivered Show, for at least the first 5 years, what infrastructure is required, who is going to fund and provide it Local Plan will need reviewing approx every 5 years

16. Harborough’s Objectively assessed housing need is 9,500 new dwellings 2011-2031 (475dpa) – we must meet this need! 5,813 of the 9,500 requirement has already been built or committed to Residual requirement is 3,687 dwellings (at 1.4.15) Housing
