2. Deleting Text Boxes 1.Click on the box. 2.Click on the edge of the box. 3.Press the delete key on the keyboard.

3. WordArt Click on the Insert ribbon. Look for the Text tab. Click on WordArt. Choose a design you like.

4. Editing WordArt Click on the WordArt you already created. Click on the Format ribbon. Many things can be changed using the three buttons on right side of the WordArt styles tab.

5. Adding Slides 1.Click on the Home ribbon. 2.Look for the Slides tab. 3.Click on New Slide.

6. Deleting Slides Click on the Home ribbon. Look for the Slides tab. Click on the button that says Delete.

7. Moving Slides On the slides tab at the left, grab any slide and move it wherever you want it.

8. Font Color First, select the font. Then use the font color button on the Home ribbon to change the color of the font.

9. Backgrounds Click on the Design ribbon. On the Background tab, click on Background Styles. You can choose one, or click on Format Background.

10. Shapes Click on the Insert ribbon. Find the Illustrations tab and click on Shapes. Choose the shape you want. Draw it the size you want it. Change size, colors, etc.

11. ClipArt Click on the Insert ribbon. Find the Illustrations tab and click on the ClipArt button.

12. EditingClipArt Editing ClipArt The Format ribbon has all the tools for editing ClipArt, including cropping.

13. Slide Transitions Click on the Animations ribbon. Find the Transition to This Slide tab. Choose a transition that you like.

14. Custom Animation Click on the Animations ribbon. Look for the Animations tab. Click on Custom Animation. You will then see a bar at the right that you can use to customize your animations.

15. Hyperlinks Click on a shape or ClipArt. Go to the Insert Ribbon. Click on Hyperlink. – You can click on bookmark to link to another slide. – You can go to the Internet to link to a website. – You can choose a file to link to a file.

16. Printing Click on the office button. Click on Print. In the Print what: section, choose Handouts instead of Slides.
