4. Ms. NP 48 years old Diagnosed as a case of Bilateral Polycystic Kidney Advised Artificial dialysis

5. Even fistula was prepared for the procedure, But the dialysis was cancelled because of low hemoglobin count She was then advised a Renal Transplant.

6. Since 1981 Chief complaint was recurring pain in the kidney region on both the sides often requiring hospitalization In Nov. 1995, had bleeding in the urine – Haematuria for some 25 days

7. Was hospitalized and treated allopathically to stop the bleeding. was advised artificial dialysis but it could not be performed due to lower Haemoglobin

8. At present the Chief Complaint is : Recurring pain in kidney region. Worse by Doing hard work ++ Bending Better by complete rest
