12 Bottom-Up Analysis What resources do we need to teach the curriculum ? This entailed a detailed examination of each day, each phase & each teaching event Top-Down Analysis What staff do we think we need to run our medical school ? Compare & Align Will the proposed staffing be able to deliver the necessary teaching ? Review & Analyse Can we afford this ? How does this compare?
