9. Development of a training program on Management of Disaster Prevention, Preparedness and Rapid Response The project is to promote a capacity building joint action in the Balkan Region. It is made up of the design and implementation of a training curriculum in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), through the creation of an educational programme based on results from previous experience.
