2 DILLON MARINA PROJECT UPDATE REPORT April 5, 2011 Project Vision 2007 Vision Develop the master planning guidance for the Dillon Marina to identify the needed improvements to assure continued viability and growth of the marina facility as an important cultural asset to the Town of Dillon.

4 DILLON MARINA PROJECT UPDATE REPORT April 5, 2011 ORIGINAL GOALS RESTATED 1.Realignment of access road to the marina site and expansion of the amphitheater parking lot. 2.Use of the upper turn around circle as a mast staging area. 3.Development of a parking structure partially built into the bluff that minimizes visual disruption while providing multiple levels of protected parking. 4.Development of a multi-purpose facility integrated with the parking structure.
