19  Potential ability to accommodate some displaced Steindorf Tenants at the DO  Existing workshop 3,500 sf is underutilized. Could be quickly renovated and leased along with some of maintenance yard.  Build a new smaller workshop. 2,000 sf  Expand maintenance yard into front parking lot.  Estimated cost around $1.3M 19
