8 BSEP 2016 Measure Changes Term:Shortened from 10 years to 8 years; Rate:Adjusted due to Borikas v. Alameda USD and costs; COLA:Bay Area Consumer Price Index (CPI); CSR:Elementary school-wide average of 23:1, instead of current split of 20:1 K-3 and 26:1 at 4th/5 th Secondary schools still 28:1 and continuation 18:1 Structure:Realignment of purposes, slightly increased flexibility for redirection of percentage of allocations, provision for reserve for sustainability of revenues over life of the measure.
