4. Context; Why Traceability?أهمية التتبع Consumers; Consumers today want to know exactly what is in their food, what is done to it by whom and where it comes from. ISO 22005 Standards; 1 st Edition – 2007-07-15: –A traceability system is a useful tool to assist an organization operating within a feed and food chain to achieve defined objectives in a management system. –The choice of a traceability system is influenced by regulations, product characteristics and customer expectations. –The complexity of the traceability system can vary depending on the features of the product and the objectives to be achieved. Implementations: In response, many countries are introducing traceability requirements records that track all links in the food supply chain, from farmers to processors to retailers to consumers المستهلك: يحتاج المستهلك معرفة مايحتوية الغذاء ، من أين جاء وماذا تم عليه من عمليات معايير الأيزو: معايير دولية تنظم وتحدد الشروط الرئيسية لإدارة نظم سلسلة التغذية والغذاء طبقا لإحتياجات المستهلك والعناصر المكونة للغذاء. التطبيق: تسعي دول كثيرة لتطبيق وإدارة نظم التتبع لمتابعة سجلات سلاسل الغذاء المختلفة وربطها مع بعضها البعض من المزرعة حتي المائدة.

Egypt & Traceability (ETRACE) مصر والتتبع بدأ مشروع ETRACE في 1/7/2004 بميزانية 45 مليون جنيه من مبادلة الديون مع الحكومة الإيطالية 18 مليون دعم فني – 27 مليون دعم مالي تقديم الدعم الفني والمالي لقطاع التصنيع الزراعي: –تطبيق معايير الجودة والأمان الدولية والأوروبية –توفير فرص تصديرية –خلق مزيد من الوظائف –دعم المنتجين والمزراعين ومحطات التعبئة والجهات الحكومية وغيرها.
