3.  Since 1979, the Irvine Chamber of Commerce has been at the forefront of representing Irvine’s vibrant business community. It has grown from 156 members to nearly 1000 members over the past 30 years. It is one of the most effective business organizations in Orange County and the entire region.

4.  The ICC is a non-profit business organization that provides valuable benefits and services to its members.  The ICC helps its members to bridge their businesses to the community.

7.  Meets monthly on the 3 rd Wednesday at 3:00p.m.  Integrates the business community with the students of the Irvine School District through ethics forums, career days and providing speakers.  The Irvine Unified School District has been a member of the ICC since 1988.

8.  Offered to college students  Most are from UCI  ICC offers three types of internships: ◦ Communications department-journalism majors ◦ Economic development-business majors ◦ General Irvine Chamber internship-assists with meetings and events and around the office

9.  This group educates young individuals to become strong corporate, civic, and non- profit business leaders through promoting purposeful relationships within the Irvine community.  This program will focus on educational seminars, networking mixers and partnerships with local charitable organizations.
