2 Reproduction Rhinos have 1 calf at a time and have calves every 2-3 years. Female maturity is 5-7 years and male maturity is 7-8 years.

3 Threats Man is the only threat to rhinos. There are only 3,700 left. They are hunted for their horns.

4 Fun Facts Can weigh 1,760-3,080 lbs. Their skin is about 1 in. thick If trained right they can be tamed and they will act like a pet dog!

5 Diet They eat leafy plants, branches, bushes, and fruit. They are first level consumers.
