1. Uploading Grades on Edline

2. Open your grade books. Make sure you have saved the gradebooks if you have done any work on them.

3. If you have not uploaded before then you must put in a code that identifies you as a member of Curie High School Click on the “Edline” menu Click on “Edline Setup”

4. Curie’s code is Sas2w Then click “OK”

5. Class Info Before you can upload your grades, you must enter the appropriate Class ID in Gradequick This id is a combination of your –Course Number & –Section Number Combine the numbers together to make a 7-digit class id number

6. To enter your Class ID Click on “Edit” Then Click on “Class Information”

7. Scroll down to the Class ID field Enter your 7-digit Class ID Then click “OK”

8. Sending Your Grades *Reminder* Before sending, you should make sure to save your grades now that you have entered the Class ID in all of your classes.

9. Click Here but you must have at least one gradebook open.

10. Click here

11. You may send only the open gradebook OR you may send all of your Gradebooks at once

12. Just check this box Then click “OK”

13. Double click on each gradebook you wish to send Then click “OK”

14. Just click on “Yes” to this message

15. Click “Select All” Then click “OK”

16. Type in the name of the folder that kids will see. “Grades” is a good choice The next time you send grades you can Just click here and chose “Grades” Now Click “send This Report”

17. Log in

18. You will see it say processing for several seconds.

19. You are done! You can close all menus If you wish
