Dress in layers: To account for changes in temperature throughout the day picnic mats and bring your own picnic mats to sit on. Carpool: There ’ s very limited parking spots on Mathilda and Spinosa streets. Please come 1 hour prior to your game. 5. 1. Tournament Guidelines ○ Two men (Advanced ‘ Ma ’ and Intermediate ‘ Mi ’ ) and one women ‘ W ’ division. ○ MA/MI Divisions:  Qualifying round: Each group will be composed of 3 teams.  Semifinals: The first and second place of each group in division Ma (8 games) and the first place of each group in division Mi (16 games) will play. ○ W Division: First place will be determined on a game basis. 2. Game Rules ○ Time Limit: Each game, composed of 1 set will last no more than 50 minutes. If set is not completed by then, winner will be based on score. ○ Start Time: If any member of a team is 10 minutes late, the team will be replaced by a wait-listed team. If there is no wait-listed team, the game will be automatically considered lost. ○ Referee: This is left to the players except for the finals. ○ Tennis Balls: Will be distributed/exchanged at Headquarters. ○ Scoring: Each winning team must report its score to Headquarters. 3. Awards ○ Individual : Each division, 1 - first place, 1 - second place and 2 - third place ○ Overall: Points from quals, semifinals and finals will be added. Winner school will be determined based on game scores.  Semifinals: For each game, the winning team will be awarded 5 points (total: 340 points) · Ma: 4 groups x 3 games x 5 points = 60 points Mi : 16 groups x 3 games x 5 points = 240 points · W : 8 games x 5 points = 40 points  Finals : ※ In case of a tie, the school with the most won games will win the overall tournament. 4.Additional Information ○ Safety: Please keep safety in mind at all times, In case of emergency, notify Headquarters immediately. ○ Clean-Up: Please clean-up Court and Park Area after use.
