Is an age defined specialty that provides both primary and comprehensive preventive and therapeutic oral health care for infants and children through adolescence, including those with special health care needs. II. Child: Biologically, a child is anyone in the developmental stage of childhood, between infancy and adulthood. Child is “every human being below the age of 18 years unless under the law applicable to the child”
