Explanation  Has / Have (not) been + infinitive + -ing  You use the Present Perfect Continuous to describe that something happened in the past and what is still going on.  The difference between Present Perfect Simple and Present Perfect Continuous is that you can use the Present Perfect Continuous to emphasize (benadrukken) that something is going on very long.

5. Explanation You can also use the Present Perfect Continuous WITHOUT a duration such as "for two weeks". Without the duration, the tense has a more general meaning of "lately".
