6. Timeline for Tuition Centre Launch Background: Emphasis now on rapid teacher training in systems and Moneybookers setup before official launch. Quality and teacher confidence in systems and teaching methods is crucial to our reputation – we have a huge student base and don’t want to lose them on launch – preparation is key – teachers must take responsibility to learn systems / methods. New technology – we need teacher help in reporting problems – e.g. managing diary, scheduling lessons etc. Workshop 1 – training – Friday 17 th September Daily Workshops - 9.30pm to 11pm (from Monday 20 th September) : Teaching techniques (using Courseviewer) Booking System – Help and Support Courseviewer – Help and Support Moneybookers – Help and Support FAQ’s / Other questions Minor launch (1 to 2 students per teacher) – Wednesday 29 th September Official launch (start notifying thousands of students) – Wednesday 13 th October Teacher Payment Schedule: Interim – 15 th October (for lessons in minor launch period) Beginning of calendar month – first payment after 1 st November (October lessons) Thereafter beginning of Calendar month – e.g. 1 st December, 1 st January etc

Teacher pre-requisites Communication: Good internet connection Mobile phone (voicemail enabled) Teaching: Good microphone and Webcam Good and Reliable PC Courseviewer application understanding Booking System understanding Quiet / professional environment for instruction Preparation / reading of courses (especially those with non-teaching background) Commitment: Daily checking of emails / booking system inbox Regular answering of mobile phone Islamic mindset / understanding of project objective Respectful handling and treatment of students (note students will provide feedback (1 to 10) on teacher instruction, call quality, language etc. If a teacher has regularly low scores we will make recommendations for teachers to improve.

8. Teacher Information – Contract terms Contract will be sent out in next 2 to 3 weeks Teachers are not employees of Madinah Arabic Ltd but will be working under an ‘agency’ relationship whereby Madinah Arabic will provide students / lessons and teachers provide teaching services. Teachers will have to pay their taxes in country of residence (e.g. Egypt) Teachers will be part of our team and we will have regular workshops, training and teachers are responsible for representing the Tuition Centre and should explain to students they are part of the centre. We will pay teachers based on the hours taught, skill level and time of day taught. Exceptional teachers will be paid higher rate. Teacher rates will be between £2.50 and £3.50 per hour (approx 22 EGP to 31 EGP) as discussed in interviews. Teachers are expected to teach for a minimum of 10 hours weekly. Teachers who teach for more hours will be given greater priority in students / lessons. Teachers should give us sufficient notice if unable to continue teaching. Information: The profit made by the centre is re-invested into the development of the website, marketing to increase students, running costs for maintaining website, salaries for staff.

9. Moneybookers issues Moneybookers Issues: Moneybookers is our only preferred method of payment as it has been tested. Please follow the advice in this document for teachers who have NOT received verification letters. PLEASE ALSO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE SET UP A BANK ACCOUNT AND ENTERED THIS INTO YOUR MONEYBOOKERS ACCOUNT SEPARATELY.
