Always open QRT in a separate window. Creating a report: Available columns vary according to category/view. Column names equal field names in Customer Care. Do you want only active services or services for a particular account type? Start with minimal columns and build. Does this need to be set up as scheduled ? BASICS 2www.cdg.ws

Finding information based on available columns, varies when the category/view changes. Acct/Description = Account Name. Service/Status Code = Active, PermDeactive, etc. Service/Type = GEN, LND, etc. Acct/Type = Type on Account screen in Customer Care. Case Sensitive fields. COLUMN VALUES 3www.cdg.ws

Select * from V_SP_Chg_Product (EXECUTE) CUSTOM QUERY TO VIEW CHARGE TABLE 4www.cdg.ws

You will then see all of the fields available to query from this table for charges. CHARGE TABLE WITH ALL FIELDS 5www.cdg.ws

Create your own custom query for the fields and service type you want to see. Select * from V_SP_CHG_Product where Usg_type = ISP and Srv_area_name = ISP – Floyd. SPECIFIC CUSTOMIZED QUERY 6www.cdg.ws

Email campaigns will now honor market-level configuration option. For example: Market 1 could have email sent from Mycompany@cdg.ws and Market 2 could have emails sent from Yourcompany@cdg.ws Mycompany@cdg.wsYourcompany@cdg.ws EMAIL CAMPAIGNS BY MARKET ID 8www.cdg.ws
