2. Always open QRT in a separate window. Creating a report: Available columns vary according to category/view. Column names equal field names in Customer Care. Do you want only active services or services for a particular account type? Start with minimal columns and build. Does this need to be set up as scheduled ? BASICS 2www.cdg.ws

3. Finding information based on available columns, varies when the category/view changes. Acct/Description = Account Name. Service/Status Code = Active, PermDeactive, etc. Service/Type = GEN, LND, etc. Acct/Type = Type on Account screen in Customer Care. Case Sensitive fields. COLUMN VALUES 3www.cdg.ws

4. Select * from V_SP_Chg_Product (EXECUTE) CUSTOM QUERY TO VIEW CHARGE TABLE 4www.cdg.ws

6. Create your own custom query for the fields and service type you want to see. Select * from V_SP_CHG_Product where Usg_type = ISP and Srv_area_name = ISP – Floyd. SPECIFIC CUSTOMIZED QUERY 6www.cdg.ws
