3 Configuration: Treatment plan changes New task to send late notice using email System Message Template and Category: Same process used for Customer Communications New option (config opt #196) to calculate exit balance from treatment different than the entry balance Change write off process to default to W/O Payment code – Company Payment code Company Equipment Load Profile – to assist in loading company equipment in mass using a csv file. 4 Utilities: Company Equipment Load: To load csv files into Company Equipment Master screen Company Treatment Batch: New task for email of late notices NEW IN 3.74 4www.cdg.ws

5 Trouble/Task Management : Mobile link: The link for cell phone users is the company subdomain for accessing E-Care. Online companies that have E- Care will see the subdomain listed on the Company Configuration Options screen (config opt # 220).
