12. Private Law Aka Civil Law Deals with legality between individuals and organizations Regulate conduct and compensate those harmed by wrongful actions of others.

13. Refers to torts (civil injuries), contracts, family law, wills and estates, employment law and property law.

14. Contract Law Rules regarding agreements between people and businesses. Everyday transactions in which people purchase or provide good and services.
