10 OFSTED Safeguarding (SG) outcomes between July and September 2015 158 settings inspected (15 of which were RI or Inadequate) 7 had safeguarding actions, (4.4%) Ratio of 1 safeguarding action for every 23 OFSTED inspections Ratio of 1 safeguarding action for every 2 ‘Requires Improvement’ or ‘Inadequate’ OFSTED inspection outcome
