SBE Academy The School-based Enterprises Academy is held annually during DECA's International Career Development Conference and is available exclusively to Gold Certified and Gold Re- certified SBEs. Gold Certified SBEs are eligible to bring one advisor and up to three students to the Academy with the approval of their chartered association advisor

SBE Academy Competition 2015 SBE Academy Best Practices Presentation PURPOSE Gold Certified and Gold Re-certified SBEs attending the 2015 SBE Academy at ICDC will compete in a best practices competition consisting of a 10- minute oral presentation judged by business professionals. PROCEDURE Each SBE will make a best practice presentation on the topic of Human Resources. Participants will be evaluated on how well they meet the performance indicators, the use of visuals, and overall skill and performance of the presentation.
