5. Symbolism – How to use it? An artistic and poetic movement or style using symbolic images and indirect suggestion to express mystical ideas, emotions, and states of mind. Symbolist painters wanted their pictures to depict a meaning beyond just the figures they drew. The gown forms a powerful symbol of a person changing their identity as well as the hope of the future.

6. Step 1 – Capturing your subject Shoot a medium or close up shot of a person with exceptional lighting. Hard or soft lighting Be sure to pose your subject well and take several different poses so you have several good shots to choice from.

7. Step 2 – Capturing 7-10 background/foreground images – Landscapes – Walls – Textures – Sky – Objects such as: Trees/branches Flowers Or anything with interesting characteristics You will need 7-10 layers in Photoshop

8. Step 3 – Adding Painting Techniques using Photoshop – You will learn how to paint onto your photomontage with the amazing paint palette in Photoshop. – You are required to have some painting techniques added to your photomontage.
