6 The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation helps people with disabilities to obtain and maintain competitive employment. In Missouri, VR operates under the Department of Elementary & Secondary Education Vocational Rehabilitation (VR)

7 Three Criteria to be eligible for VR Services – A documented physical or mental impairment – This impairment must cause difficulty in obtaining and maintain employment – Client must be able to benefit from services Vocational Rehabilitation (VR)
