A notebook was found on Billy during time of arrest. – Billy also had recorded street market value of the couple’s electronic devices seen through the window (gaming system, DVD player, Bose CD player). In addition, his fingerprints were found on the door leading from the garage to the kitchen and on the counter top. A bloody shoeprint was also found at the scene and the same shoes were found in Billy’s apartment.
