8. The Lease Option  It is a 15 month scheme and so payments are taken each month for 15 months  A £29.94 deposit is taken through ParentPay. This will then give you access to the school Device Portal so that you can order the device you want  This deposit is then used as your 15 th Direct Debit payment  You then own the device after this final payment – July 2017  If you decide to purchase Option 2 or 3 device you will be asked to ‘top up’ your deposit to cover 1 monthly payment for that device

9. The Upfront Option  A £29.94 deposit is taken through ParentPay. This will then give you access to the school Device Portal so that you can order the device you want  This deposit is then taken off the upfront payment  You then own the device after the scheme ends – July 2017

10. ParentPay  If you log into the schools ParentPay web site you will see an option to pay a deposit for the iPad scheme. This will be for £29.94  You will be asked to agree that your email address is shared with the following companies:-  Jigsaw24 –So that they can contact you about the iPad portal  Your email address is solely recorded in connection with the iPad scheme and you won’t be bombarded with sales emails from either company.

Insurance information  The insurance covers Accidental Damage as well as Theft and Warranty  No excess payable if you damage the screen (Subject to a maximum of 3 incidents)  Insurance covers the device on school trips, and family holidays abroad  You bring the device to school to get it fixed or replaced, we handle all this for you  Does include water damage

20. Case  Amazon price is £40  Designed to withstand dropping (rubber corner covers)  Tested by the insurance company  Teachers use a basic version (except a few)  Comes in a choice of colours

21. Timeline  Monday 29 th February Deposits to be paid through ParentPay  Thursday 3 rd March iPad portal opens the so that you can order your iPad  Thursday 17 th March iPad portal closes, must have ordered by this date.  Friday 15 th April iPads given out to all who have ordered.
