5 History At A Glance 1994- Commenced Business as an NBFC for Small Commercial Vehicles 2004- Opened up a Dealership for M&M 3 wheelers in Faridabad with the name of Sanjay Automotive. 2005- Expanded the 3 wheelers Business to Gurgaon 2005- Opened A new Firm M/s Indraprastha Automobiles as M&M Dealer for Delhi 2006/2007- Opened two branches at Mundka & Dwarka of Indraprastha Automobiles

6 History At A Glance 2008 – M&M added complete range of commercial Products with Indraprastha Automobiles, Delhi 2010- Got Dealership for Mahindra Navistar (Now Known as Mahindra Trucks & Buses Ltd.) for the complete range of Mahindra HCV 2011- Indraprastha Automobiles got Swaraj Tractors Dealership for Delhi & Gurgaon 2011- Indraprastha Automobiles got M&M Personal Product Dealership and opened two 3S facilities at Peeragarhi & Wazirpur 2014- Indraprastha Automobiles got MTBL dealership for Gurgaon 2014- Got Dealership for M&M Construction Equipment Division.

13 Group Synopsis Manpower Manpower has always been the Most Effective Asset for every Growth Urging Organization. So for us too. In Year 2004, we started our operations with a Team Size of 15 which over the years has grown up to 650 Efficient and Hard Working Team Mates. Our Team consist of Best of the GMs, SMs, TLs, Sales Consultants & Mechanics, who due to their abilities and efficiencies, have taken the growth of our Group to the Present Level. We at Indraprastha, have always tried to get best out of every Team Mate and have always been focused on enhancing there Potentials by means of Various In-House and Out-House Trainings

15 Financial Background Ever Since 2004, we have always derived Positive Upward Trends as far as our Turn Over is concerned, despite of the enormous Challenges Faced over the years. 18 Relation with our Bankers Over the Years, Group has shown remarkable Upward trends in Growth of its Credibility as well, which can be well assumed by Significant Growth in Bank CC limit. Started with the limit of 1cr in year 2005, which presently is of 6.5 cr with our Banker HDFC Bank Pvt Ltd. So as with the Inventory Limits, it has grown up to the present limit of 34crs, over the period of time. Growth Trend is shown in the next slide

21 Milestones In Year 2006 we had a joint Venture with shrine Board at Vaishno Devi and initiated the service of Electric vehicle for Physically Challenged people from Adhkunvari to Bhawan which further became the key factor for the revenue of Shrine Board. This Joint Venture has enhanced the revenue of Shrine Board to Rs. 1.5 Cr. approx. on yearly basis and is in continuation till date. In Year 2010, we convinced the Delhi Authority to introduce Gramin Sewa for those 1700 Rural Colonies where regular Transportation by Bus was not possible due to bad road conditions and lesser wide roads and which was further undertaken by 3000 nos. of Mahindra Champion Vehicles sold by Indraprastha Automobiles.
