4 Table Task A - Assignment 10 Minutes to Answer Questions 1-8 at your tables 1. What is the purpose of an evaluation? 2. What resources should be used when performing an evaluation? 3. Who can do an evaluation? 4. How often should an employee be evaluated? 5. Does the employee have a right to respond to the evaluation and have that response entered into their file? 6. What is the appeal process for an evaluation? 7. Do the evaluations and supervisor’s comments go into the personnel file? 8. Can an employee review their personnel file?

Comment on what the manager did correctly and incorrectly. 2.What recommendations would you have regarding this evaluation? 3.What follow-up would you recommend?
