This allows you, the supplier, to set those values which will be consistent from invoice to invoice e.g. your VAT registration number, your address, your bank details. At any stage you can revisit the configuration and make any appropriate changes.  MENU Supplier eInvoicing

On the next screen, as shown below, indicate whether or not you are VAT registered by selecting ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. Then select ‘Next’.  MENU Supplier eInvoicing

Payment Terms Invoice Configuration 3M payment terms will always override any payment terms entered within the Invoice Configuration. However, you a required to enter payment terms information into the Invoice configuration. It is therefore critical to ensure that the information entered reflects the agreed payment terms. If an early settlement discount arrangement is applicable, please ensure the correct percentage value is entered. This is to enable correct calculation of VAT (see VAT Calculation Preferences on page 8) If you are unsure of the agreed payment terms or if you wish to make changes to the payment terms information on beX, please contact 3M via the beX Support Information link on the beX Homepage.  MENU

Remittance Details Invoice Configuration Please enter your bank details as requested - These will subsequently appear on each eInvoice you create. Scroll right to complete all fields, and then click ‘Next’ when ready.  MENU
