Is SMS4Act compatible with the web version? A: Yes you can send text messages using SMS4Act! and Act! Premium for Web. Due to web interface restrictions, the template and SMS Alerts functionality is not available at this stage. Q. Does Act! integrate with Accounting programs such as MYOB, Quickbooks and Xero Link with A: Yes, there are AddOn programs that enable seamless integration of Act! with MYOB, Quickbooks and Xero. 20 Q&A – Training and Resources Q. When someone clicks submit in a form, can they be added to a new group? A: Dynamic Groups in Act! enable you to automatically add contacts to a group bases on a set criteria. See the Creating Group Membership section in the KB article How To Create, Manage, and Add Contacts to Groups in ACT! or view our video tutorial.How To Create, Manage, and Add Contacts to Groups in ACT!video tutorial For example, you could set the criteria to be Create Date within the last 7 days with an ID/Status of "New lead" to group all the new leads from the last week. Of course the contact would need to be in Act! for this to happen so you would need a process to automatically add the contact details from a new form into Act!. How to do this depends on what type of forms you use. Act! Connect enables this function using Wordpress Gravity Forms as an example. 21 Q&A – Training and Resources Q: How to you trigger a sequence of events? A: Use the Activity Series feature in Act! to create a sequence of related activities or events scheduled at set intervals. You can use an activity series to automatically schedule related activities to help you prepare for, track, or complete key tasks.
