4  Orientation of Self Help Groups on livelihood upliftment programme and micro- enterprise development.  Orientation programme for bankers & other concerned departments about the Self Help Groups.  Developmental Schemes under Rural Development like SJSRY etc. Rural Development Sector Identification of Training Needs (TNA)

5  Rain water harvesting training and its usages.  Drinking water treatment & its O & M training.  Training on compost pit, Bio Gas Plant.  Philosophy, Principal and components of sanitation.  Water Quality testing usage of FTK and H2S vial  Linkage between sanitation health & Quality of hygiene  Self employment generator training for youths.  Best practices and unhygienic behavior. 6  Health Development knowledge to Skills gradation training on primary health are and first –Aid services for ANMS  Awareness programmes of different health schemes like Nation Rural Health Mission.  Refresher course on Child Birth registration process to ANM/Asha Workers. Health Sector Identification of Training Needs (TNA)

7  ICDS- Training Cum Refresher course for Aaganwadis workers of NFE and House hold Related Issues.  Orientation cum hands-on tainting for Aaganwadis workers on filling of survey format  Awareness campaigns and follow ups for motivating community about ICDS activities.  Training of basic account and record keeping for the functionaries dealing with the office management and account keeping at block and GP level including CDPO and supervisors. 8  Orientation programme for teachers on Surv Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA)  Orientation course for all Key functionaries of education department and PRIs representatives about girls education and enrolment.  Awareness training programme on RTIs. Education Sector Identification of Training Needs (TNA)

10 After Training of Trainers (ToT) 15 Trainers were developed. Clientele : Gram Pradhan, Lekhpal, School Teachers, PRIs members, Gram Panchayat Adhikari, Aganwadi worker, VWSCs Members, Self help groups, Mahila Mandal, Yuwak Mangal Dal, Asha/ANAM, Village Development Adhikari.

17 Training would be Implemented in all rest of the remaining 322 GPs in all blocks of Bageshwar district. Two districts of Kumoun Region I.e. Champawat & Udham Singh Nagar is to be proposed for Intensive Training Programme under five sector for the financial year 2011-12. Future Strategy
