6 The Teacher´s Responsibilities Preparing and carry out lessons, correcting tasks and tests, and document the students´ achievments Evaluate the students´ achievments towards the local- and national criterias Attain meetings on different school levels Engage in work groups (School developing, subject responsability, Friends, environmental issues, gender issues, health issues and various interest groups) Have parent meetings once per semester Be a mentor

7 The Mentor´s Responsibilies Guide the students to achieve good studying results Keep track of the students´ progress Mentor talks every week Developing meetings together with the student and his/her parents at least once per semester

8 Individual Developing Plans On Line (www.unikum.net) Raise our professionalism – be clear of what we evaluate Raise the students awareness of their own progression Make the students even more active Make the parents more active The students evaluate themselves The teachers evaluate and comment the students´ opinions The parents comment both the students´ and the teachers´ evaluations Goals for the student are set up together with the student and the parents at a Developing meeting The goals are connected with the national curriculumn and are evaluated at least once per semester
