2 6/11/20162 Username and Password Enter the username and password provided to you and click on the “Login” button

3 6/11/20163 Logging into the CMS The “Login” button will change to “Logout” Click on the Workarea button to view your folders, the folders will be different depending on your permissions.

5 6/11/20165 Creating a new folder Expand the “Training Folder” To create a folder inside another folder the parent folder has to be clicked first. Find your training folder and select it by clicking on it. To select a folder the folder has to be clicked first.

6 6/11/20166 Creating new folders Click on the folder “Training” to highlight it, then point to new, then choose “Folder”.

7 6/11/20167 Naming the folder On the “Name” field type “Copy Me” to give the folder a name Leave the “Description”, “Style Sheet”, “Office Documents” fields and the rest of the tabs as their default settings for now. Click on the “Add folder” button when ready 2. Click on the “Add folder” button when ready 1. Name the folder “Copy Me”

8 6/11/20168 Creating folders You should see your newly created folder on the left navigation pane only. This is different from other programs where you could see the folder on both left and right panes Click on your training folder. Follow the steps on “Creating a folder” to create five more folders. The folder names will be: “Delete me” “Move me” “files” “forms” “images”

10 6/11/201610 Renaming folders 1.Click on the “Edit Properties” button 2.Change the name from your training folder to your actual Name (example. Raul Gonzalez) 3. Click the “Update” button. Give it a minute for the folder to rename itself.

17 6/11/201617 Deleting folders 1.Click on the “Delete me” folder to select it 2.Right-click the folder “Delete me” to diplay the menu. 3. choose “Delete Delete me” to delete the folder bye bye. Neither the folder nor its content can be recovered anymore.

18 6/11/201618 Deleting folders Click ok to accept the deletion You can also delete folders by clicking on the folder that you wish to delete first and then pointing to “Delete” and choosing “This folder”

25 6/11/201625 Uploading Content Minimize the Workarea and go to the login page. Download the training sheet to your desktop Restore the Workarea window and flollow the steps below 1.Click on the “Files” folder 2. Click on the “Add Assets” image
