3  9:45am – Drawing for order of presentations  10:00am – 10:45am – 1 st Presentation  11:00am – 11:45am – 2 nd Presentation  11:45am – 12:30pm – Lunch Provided by KSDE  12:30pm – 1:15pm – 3 rd Presentation  1:30pm – 2:15pm – 4 th Presentation  2:30pm – 3:30pm – Review Committee Meets

4  45-minute time slot for each presentation ◦ Includes time for committee to ask questions  Questioning portion of each presentation will be closed to other competing grants  At least one K-12 and one higher education person within each grant must attend  Maximum of FIVE presenters per grant

7  Overview details of the 1 st year of your summer institute program  Share a task or activity you plan on using during your summer institute where we the committee are the teachers you will be training. ◦ We want to engage in the activities ourselves. ◦ Keep in mind you will have limited time so select your activity accordingly. ◦ There are 10 members in the committee for your planning purposes.

8  See all the tools you plan to use during your evaluation process both pre and post testing. ◦ What are you hoping to see as a result of this project?  See all educational resources you plan to use during your 1 st year of the grant.  Details on what the support will look like during the follow-up trainings throughout the school year and who will provide this support.

9  Describe in detail what the interaction will be between teachers participating in your project and higher education faculty.  Demonstrate the KCCRS knowledge of your primary trainers within your proposal.  Demonstrate the integration between math and science within your proposal.

10  Four finalist will be presenting  Final chance to impact review committee  Demonstrate knowledge of your professional learning plan
