Sascha Smerzini WP4 – OVERALL DESCRIPTION The Aim WP4 aims at providing a better understanding of flows, data, information about transport, mobility, routes, services, procedures and area of improvement in the strategic theme. WP4 provides the base of knowledge and understanding to identify needs and priorities, a key step for the integration of transport services with health and care needs, and for the development and modernization of infrastructures for cross-border health flows. The action is aimed at investigating quantitative and qualitative information, such as cases, pathologies, therapies, costs, revenues, transport means, access routes, reasons,… It allows to draw a potential identikit of the cross-border health and care users, considering also their level of awareness and knowledge about health and care rights when travelling.
