3 Recruitment and training of newly recruited inspectors on integrated labour inspection in Japan 1.National examination 2.Training for new inspectors (18 months) intensive training at Central Training Center on-the- job training at duty offices - Training areas: labour legislation, knowledge about OSH, inspection policy, sanctioning policy, etc -Apply the same training contents for inspectors having different backgrounds
