Web Client First edition v1.0 is geared to “view-only” usage -Intended for external-facing Events where participants are mostly passive -Specific functionality: Can see Whiteboard, Participant List, Toolbar Web clients can view everything inserted or shared by others Can transmit emoticons But cannot be Presenter, share, insert on-the-fly, or annotate Must use telephone for audio No video support

Automatic Audio Quality Monitoring Participant App can detect poor audio quality when using voice-over-the-computer: Due to poor “Last Mile” network connection or overloaded CPU Automatically advises user to switch to phone instead May help to improve the audio experience for remote users e.g., users working from home, hotel rooms via WiFi, etc. Often these users have sub-par network connections which degrades Interwise audio over the computer If audio degrades below a certain (configurable) threshold, client will prompt user to dial-in by phone instead
