2 Mycab® In Brief Mycab is operating the business domain of global travel industry. Mycab business idea is to elevate the traditional taxi journey to a full fledged travel product that provides business travelers with a safe, reliable and quality assured, taxi travel on a global scale. Being first in the global market, with a uniform taxi concept, Mycab enjoys the “First Mover” status in the business domain. Mycab main product is flight transfers, implying service on destinations entertained by 42 of the world largest airliners. These airliners has a consolidated volume of 1.6 billion passengers per annum. Business model is transaction based. Distribution via travel industry (Amadeus), Mycab web based booking-application and multilingual call center.

3 History The concept is based on sophisticated IT technology, in combination with procurement of transporters, and has been developed by the Swedish company Netrevelation (publ) AB. Mycab International SA, a Luxembourg based holding company of the group, acquired the world license from Netrevelation for global flight transfer system in 2009. In 2011 Mycab International SA acquired the entire Swedish operation, along with all rights and brands from Netrevelation in an asset deal. The number of shareholders increased to 6000. On 8 th March 2012 Mycab International SA became listed at a secondary market in Stockholm Sweden, known as Aktietorget. In June 2012 Mycab Group launched its first 21 international destinations and before the end of 2012 an additional 50 destination will be launched.

4 The Market The global business travel amounts to about 1200 billion US Dollar annually. Cost related to taxi travel, as a proportion of overall business travel costs, are increasing and amounts to about 10 percent of total business travel. Hence the market for Mycab products is currently a 120 Billion US Dollar market. Corporate travel expenses for taxis, ranks third, after the flight and hotel expenses. Most of corporate taxi travel are made in connection with meetings, courses and conferences. The travel to and from airports is the larger part.

5 Competitors There are a number of internet based services which is offering taxi booking facility, locally as well as for regions. However there is no one which is offering a uniform taxi concept world wide with clearly defined customer promises and transportation under a single brand. Mycab distribution is unique, due to the integration with GDS such as Amadeus, the market leader in travel distribution. Barriers to copy Mycab concept is high, due to requirements of highly sophisticated IT technology, GDS integration and the requirements of combined business knowledge from two domains – travel industry and taxi industry.

Flygtaxi Sverige AB (distribution and technology partner in Sweden) facilitates distribution to all travel agencies in Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway and Denmark). Swedish government, via general agreement, implying taxi services for about 600 governmental entities. Swedish Call Centre, outsourced to BIKAB.

7 Strategies Back Office – in low cost Asia IT development, operations, sourcing and fulfillment are located in South Asia where skilled staff can be found at competitive cost. Staff cost is 20% of comparable skillsets in Europe. Front Office – in customers culture Marketing, and customer support services, are located close to customer and operates in customers language, culture and time zones. Distribution – via established travel industry channels Distribution is channeled through Mycab online booking applications and the travel industry established booking system, such as GDS’s (Amadeus), implying that Mycab products is accessible at the same levels as airliners, hotels and rental cars.

8 Signature product Mycab® Flight Transfer is offered against flat fares and in three service levels – Economy, Standard and Business. Booking is made via travel agencies (online or booking office), Mycab call centre or Internet. Payment is made by credit card upon booking and travel is ticketless (E-ticket). Booking confirmation via SMS or email. Mycab® Flight Transfer is linked with travellers flight which implies that check in time, on departures, and flight delays on arrivals, are managed seamlessly and automatically. The traveller is always met by the driver with a Mycab® branded Welcome Board upon arrival.

9 Financial Background 2012 semiannual consolidated profit after tax, 1 January – 30 June: 271 KEUR. 2011 annual consolidated profit after tax, 1 January – 31 December: 125 KEUR. 2010 annual consolidated profit after tax, 1 JAN-31 DEC: -228 KEUR. Mycab Swedish operations was recently (2011) acquired and restructured with a turnover of approximately 100 MSEK and with a projected profit at 3-4 MSEK per annum. Between 2001 - 2010, the Swedish operations proved stable turnover of around 100 MSEK and at best 125 MSEK. Profit after tax has been negative.

10 Marketing Organization Mycab intend to market its products through subsidiaries known as Operators, which are serving as the groups front offices towards the local market by entering into agreements with customers and agents. The first operator – Mycabtravel Scandinavia AB – is operational and is focusing on the Scandinavian market (Sweden, Denmark and Norway). The company commenced its business in 2012 and offers Mycab global flight transfers to Scandinavian clients. Mycabtravel Scandinavia objective is to achieve a MSEK 400 sales volume. Currently Mycab has a total system capacity of 170 countries where taxi services can be offered and Operators incorporated.
