PEGASE: automation of inscription procedures; from input of the application and payment via Internet to smart card coding to control the user’s access to the vehicle. Integration of SIMUL2000 simulation software package GIMA: Integration within 18 months of a heritage database and maintenance monitoring application for the department of public buildings and technical services (350 users) SIREP@Net: financial and accounting management decentralised at regional level (Payment officers and second-level accounting officers) on 2,500 workstations. GFI Informatique – Jan 2007 Page 19/28 Some « Outsourcing » projects Maintenance of twenty or so applications, with a team of 40 people, some located onsite (Front Office) and the rest at our Lille service centre (Back Office). In the context of a master outsourcing agreement, the maintenance of several third-party applications at our service centre in Douai. GFI Informatique looks after the corrective maintenance, user help and maintenance environment configuration management. These services relate to the « Pay and Pension » and « Clocking in » processing chains. Infrastructure management for the IT department with a service desk and the administration of servers for 5,000 user at four sites. Infrastructure management with the creation of a service desk on Unix industrial work stations*. Support for Middleware (BEA) platform with remote service for applications 24//7. Production and Service Centre in Nantes (help desk, roll out, hosting, applications maintenance)
