Fraud and Corruption (Section 1, ITC 1.9): MCC requires that all beneficiaries of MCC Funding, including the MCA Entity and any bidders, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants under any MCC-funded contracts observe the highest standards of ethics during the procurement and execution of such contracts. Material deficiencies in providing the information requested in the RFP may result in rejection of a Proposal. Association with another consultants (ITC3.3 a ) : Consultants may enhance their expertise for the assignment, in associating with another Consultant in a joint venture or Sub- consultancy. Only one curriculum vitae by requested position (ITC 3.3 c): Alternative Key Professional Personnel shall not be proposed, and only one curriculum vitae (CV) may be submitted for each position indicated in the TOR. Technical proposal format (ITC 3.4): Consultants are required to submit a technical proposal by using the standard forms provided in Section 4A (the “Technical Proposal”). The minimum technical score St required to pass is 80 points out of 100 possible points (ITC 5.2 ).
